How It Works
When you become a You Call We Haul Partner, we will enhance your operations with a 24-hour web-based service. Backed by our in-house marketing team, You Call We Haul will help you secure more leads on consumer vehicles in your area using our customizable "Sell My Car" intake, with your company's branding. The sellers can provide photos and VIN, along with a condition report, and submit it quickly and easily using our You Call We Haul mobile intake application. Our Partner will be notified of the bid opportunity and the vehicle will be posted in our mBid bidding portal to be viewed. All vehicles that are sourced from your website's linked plugin pages and your branded Affiliate Partner page will dispatch directly and exclusively to you, providing a seamless experience for all parties. No interest in a particular vehicle? No problem! We offer you the option to "pass" on the vehicles you don't want and we will open the bidding then take it from there. At the same time, we will also send you purchase opportunities acquired through our other programs and partnerships. Have a particular buying appetite? Our purchasing profiles are tailored to your needs, and can be adjusted at any time so you only see vehicles you want to bid on.
Once a bid is placed, it will be sent to the seller and you will be notified if it is accepted. (This can also be tracked in mBid) We will verify the location, contact info and title status, then pass that information over to the buyer. At that point, all our buyer has to do is schedule the pickup, pay the seller the accepted bid amount, and pay You Call We Haul our small buyer's fee of just $15.
